8. Warranty
One month service warranty.
Service warranty does not include physical damage and items must be in complete packaging. Shipping cost for warranty purposes for the one month service warranty period will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
This agreement is effective from the date of purchase as agreed.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manila, Philippines and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
